Abstract:
For many people, the quality of water available can be poor. Analysis of a water supply may be required to find out whether the water is safe to drink or whether it needs to be treated before consumption. First, however, it is important to collect a sample of water representative of the water supply as a whole. Methods of analysing the quality of water are discussed in a series of fims produced by WEDC. This guide is a transcript from the WEDC film of the same title which is available here: http://wedc.lu/water-sampling
