Agency events

International agencies are invited to present a session and/or training for delegates (who may include their staff from across the globe) on a subject of their own choosing within the broad focus of the conference.

Agency events are 1.5 hour slots integrated into the conference programme. An event is an opportunity for an agency to review and reflect on current programmes or projects, share results, introduce new approaches, or consult with the conference audience on emerging topics in the sector through live interactive presentations and discussions. We aim to include an exciting variety and balance of topics in our agency event programme.

These events are in high demand, so we ask convenors to send an expression of interest by email to Rod Shaw, Conference Manager, in the first instance. Then to confirm attendance, download the application form from the conference website and apply formally by 14 June 2024.

Please note that there is a fee of £950 for holding an agency event. Any number of delegates may attend at no additional cost, according to an agency’s requirements and capacity, so long as the total number of conference delegates does not exceed the maximum limit.
